How Do I Place an Order?
Please create an account to make returns and checkout simple.
• Choose item and size and click “add to cart”
• Click your cart in the top right hand corner
• Click proceed to checkout when ready
• Enter your shipping address
• Choose Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping, or Local Pickup
• Enter credit card info and bill to address
• Click 'pay now'
You will receive an email or text confirmation, and later a shipping confirmation when your item is on its way. If you select local pickup at checkout we will send you a notification by email or text message when you item is ready for pickup.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Returns
Do I Have to Pay Anything to Return my Items?
You are responsible for the cost of shipping on return items. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.

How Do I Return an Item?
We will accept returns for a store credit via gift card within 30 days of your order. Please email us at info@casualcamelboutique.com to start your return process.
Items marked final sale or that were purchased 30% off or more cannot be returned. Please review our return policy to see items that are final sale. Items purchased online and picked up locally may be returned in our store front at 10375 N. College St., Clarkton, NC 28433.

Shipping
What Shipping Methods are Available?
USPS and UPS are available for shipping.
Orders with Standard Shipping usually take 1-4 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders will process and ship within 1-2 business days.
Please remember weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Allow 24 hours for credit cards to be processed and approved before shipping. Shipping cost will be covered by the customer based on the weight and destination of the package. We currently ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We currently do not ship internationally. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
