Refund policy
Casual Camel Boutique will accept returns online or in-store within 14 days of the in-store purchase or the delivery date for store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit or exchange. To complete an in-store return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We issue store credit for returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. Once we receive your return, we will process a store credit which will be added to your Casual Camel Boutique account.
Items acceptable for return must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Items must be in the original packaging or we cannot accept them for return or exchange.
Any items damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Custom items
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Any items marked 'final sale'
- Any items marked 30% off or more
Any items eligible for return will be issued a store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@casualcamelboutique.com and send your item to 10375 N. College St., Box 280, Clarkton, NC, 28433, United States. Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
