Shipping policy
All products are shipped from our store in Clarkton, NC USA via UPS or USPS.
- Please allow 1-4 business days for standard shipping orders to be processed and shipped.
- Expedited orders will process and ship within 1-2 business days.
- Allow 24 hours for credit cards to be processed and approved before shipping.
Please remember weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
All orders over $150.00 in the continental US will receive free ground shipping.
We currently ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We currently do not ship internationally.
You will receive a tracking number via email or text message (SMS) once your order has shipped.
Errors with Shipment by the Carrier
Casual Camel Boutique is not responsible for delayed shipments due to carriers. Any item marked delivered by the carrier is not our responsibility if lost, stolen, or damaged. A claim must be filed with the carrier service by the purchaser.
If you have entered the wrong address or your address changes, please contact us immediately. We will not be held responsible for a wrong address delivery or a returned package.
If your tracking number is wrong please contact the carrier first.
Local Pickup
In-stock items may be picked up at our 10375 N. College St. Clarkton, NC location if selected at checkout. You will be notified by text or email in 2-3 business days when your order is ready for pickup.
Online purchases may be returned in-store for a store credit.
