HOW TO USE:

Before You Begin

• Skip lotions and moisturizers the day before treatment.
• Wait at least 3–4 weeks after a professional pedicure or previous foot peel before using.
• Do not use if you have open wounds, athlete's foot, eczema, psoriasis, or irritated skin.

Step 1: Soak feet in warm water for 30 minutes (or take a warm shower beforehand).

Step 2: Pour the Activating Essence into each foot mask, distributing it evenly throughout the cotton lining.

Step 3: Place each foot inside a bootie and secure using the attached closure.

Step 4: Wear for 60 minutes (up to 90 minutes for maximum exfoliation). Keep your feet flat on the floor during treatment for even coverage.

Step 5: Remove the booties, thoroughly rinse your feet, and pat dry.

Step 6: Peeling typically begins 7–8 days after treatment. Continue soaking your feet periodically to encourage natural exfoliation.

Step 7: Wear socks once peeling starts to contain shedding skin. Allow the skin to shed naturally—do not pull or peel it manually. The full exfoliation process usually lasts 1–2 weeks, depending on the amount of dead skin.
